True, Michael Vick is a convicted felon. What he did was wrong on so many levels, and I personally don’t think that he is fully honest in his sincerity regarding his misdeeds. With that being said, he still deserves forgiveness, he deserves a second chance, and the opportunity to rectify his misgivings. This youngman has paid his debt and then some for his acts of cruelty to animals. For some to be so self righteous, so unforgiving, and unwilling to step aside and allow this man a chance to redeem himself. That in it self in cruel, vindictive, antagonistic, and self serving to impose your inability to succeed, and add fuel to the flames of destruction of this human beings lifelihood. That is sicken to me, equally as sicken as the acts he committed. There was only one perfect being on this planet. The last time I check it wasn’t you. In a nutshell, I’m glad someone is standing up and speaking out in support of Michael Vick.

I heard the Head of the SPCA dog was left in her car and died a couple of weeks ago. This event took place 08/18/2009 ,but did not surface until earlier this week. What will be her punishment? Should she keep her job? I agree withthe above comments. Vick has paid his debt to society. Please leave him along. We have other things to focus……educating our kids, feeding the poor, finding home for the homeless, stopping the violence and the list could go on but need I say more. Leave Vick alone!

Whats up with all the down talk on him being a convicted felon. Oh well, sure he’s one but that doesn’t mean he lost his right to be treated like somebody espicially after he has paid his debt to us all. HE OWES NO ONE ANYTHING ELSE. Michael was used as an example and witness for what God can do. He rose to the top, fell to the bottom and arose again ironically symbolizing the number 7. Yes, they are player hating, but I can attest that God is all in this one. The devil is a liar and so were those who tried to destry him, because of jealousy. Michael has served his time and God is in control of his destiny. Because someone lost so much sleep trying to block him from being successful, God used him as an example and showed all of us what faith can do. They’ll never win, rest, eat or sleep in peace. Michael Vick was not the one who actually particpated in the dog fights, it was only on his property so he took a deal. Leave the man alone and let him do what he does best.

Vick should get to play ball if there is a team willing to take him. They’ll get a cheap date and he’ll get to work. The price is, that they will be held in low esteem, like Vick should be. That should mean something, its called honor. Vick’ will play if he still has the skills, but he has to take the heat and how he does so will determined whether or not he is seen as redeemed as a public figure. He has to do it as an individual. I don’t know why the NAACP or any clergy are bothering to get involved. Probably for press. All it does is reduce their honor. I mean this group was torturing animals for fun! electrocutions, live burials. I mean I know most of us eat meat but these losers were doing it for fun. Any community that develops values of individual honor and responsibility will thrive. Vick dishonored himself and all of his communities and should quietly be allowed to prove himself.
