Poppa Williams knew what he was doing with his girls. When everyone else laughed, he knew it wouold come to this sooner than later. Be honest, we all thought they were a joke. The Williams sister have grown up to be intelligent, pleasant, and beautiful young ladies. Congrats Serena.

Venus is why I started watching tennis, Serena is why I continue. They are both Champions and their best game is always the next one.

The article didn’t mention that Venus had just won (on Saturday) the Acapulco tournament and the week before the tournament in Dubai! They are going to be #1 and #2 again very shortly. I love both sisters, but VENUS EBONY STAR WILLIAMS will always be my favorite. She’s so regal. She is (as well as Serena) a great example of how young ladies are supposed to act!
