Even though Shaqs no longer great, he is still top 5 centers in the NBA today. Some people say Wilt is better than Shaq but I don’t buy it. Wilt cannot score 100 points in todays NBA. Its 2 many athlethic big 7 foot big men for him 2 just catch the ball and dunk like he use to in his days when he was the only 7 footer in the entire league. Not to include the fact that the referees have made Shaq look old wit all the flopping these guys r allowing to happen, it makes his size and strength a non-factor, but he stills continue 2 be a dominant force in the middle. So when Shaq retires in the 09-10 season. We would all say goodbye 2 the GREATEST BIG MAN OF ALL TIME!

shaq had his time hes an amazing player how he utilize himself with his body and size. if he feels the need to retire thats his call. I guess his body has given up on him and it eventually its natural. Shaq has done well he will retire with many career records and holding down 4 championships.

Stop haten on Shaq - That man is talented and has brought us very enjoyable basketball moments over the years. I would have loved to see him perfect free throw shooting but i enjoyed watching him improve over the years and maken every one who played with him better!
