When she wasn’t writing home to her two children, Marion Jones found time to write President George W. Bush.

Jones and hundreds of other felons wrote President Bush to seek pardon and commutations for their felony crimes.

With the President wrapping up his final term in office, the race is on in order for Dubaya to snap his grubby little fingers and wipe clean any felony wrongdoing.

Jones, who has been in prison since March, is wrapping up a six-months sentence for lying to federal agents in the BALCO steroid investigation.

It’s hard to feel sorry for any person who has not only lied to federal prosecutors but also to her fans for most of her career.

Here’s to George Bush finally doing something right and stamping “Denied” on Marion’s pardon request.
