More details from the tragic 4th of July murder of Steve McNair came out on Monday as authorities released text messages between the quarterback and his girlfriend, Sahel Kazemi.

According to texts, Kazemi asked McNair for $2,o00 and that she was stressed out, to the point where she couldn’t breathe and thought about going to the hospital on July 3.

This wasn’t the only woman in the picture as Leah Ignagni confirmed she was dating McNair as well.

Let’s not forget McNair was married with children…

Yikes.

Ignagni told police she last saw McNair on July 2, hours after Kazemi was arrested for driving under the influence.

It’s still shaping up as a murder-suicide and we might never know what caused Kazemi to pull the trigger on McNair.

Steve, Steve, Steve…

Fellas, if this is not a good example of why you shouldn’t creep on your wife, I don’t know what is.

The details are starting to emerge from the Steve McNair murder on Saturday and it’s not good.

According to the Tennessean, the woman that was found in the Nashville condo was 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi. She had a single gunshot wound to the head and the pistol was found near her body.

Oh by the way, McNair was married to Mechelle McNair.

I don’t want to jump to judgements until all the facts come out buuuuut … something doesn’t add up.

How many 36-year-old married men are hanging out with 20-year-old girls?

(Actually, dont answer that.)

The details around his death doesn’t mean McNair wasn’t a helluva football player.

Before the Donovan McNabb’s and Michael Vick’s of the world, there was Steve McNair.

A I-AA quarterback from Alcorn State, McNair had more heart than talent, and was a three-time NFL Pro Bowler.

He was one of the toughest players ever to step on the field and served as a role model for young Black quarterbacks who had someone to look up to.
