Don’t expect to see a Black athlete on the cover of Vogue ever again.

The April issue of the fashion magazine that featured LeBron James and Gisele Bundchen sold only 350,000 copies on newstands.

According to ABC Rapid Report, that’s down from the usual 452,000 and is the worst-selling April issue of Vogue since 2001.

Even with all the hype around the cover, drummed up by the homie at the Worldwide Leader, the magazine still struggled to sell copies.

It wasn’t a bad attempt on Vouge’s part to broaden their audience but they alienated their core readers in the process.

Unless you are putting a Candace Parker or Allyson Felix, my manhood won’t allow me to pick up a copy of the magazine.

But, hey, that’s just me.
