Tim Donaghy Gets 15 Months in Prison

Former NBA referee Tim Donaghy was sentenced to 15 months in prison for taking cash and affecting the outcome of NBA games.
Donaghy could have faced up to 33 months in prison but somehow escaped with just a little over a year behind bars.
Along with the 15 months, Donaghy has to repay $217,000 in restitution to the NBA.
Far less than the $1 million the league originally wanted.
So, what does all of this mean?
It pays to have a good attorney and to not look like the players on the basketball court.
