USA Wins Men’s 4X100 Relay

France, bow in the presence of greatness.
The United States and the men’s 4X100 relay team pulled off an amazing finish to capture gold and held off France, in the process.
With the win in a time of 3 minutes and 8.24 seconds, Michael Phelps quest for eight gold medals continues on as Cullen Jones takes home his first Olympic gold medal in the process.
Jones becomes just the second African-American to win a gold medal in a swimming event.
It’s hard not to get swept up by the excitement of the Olympics after watching a race of that caliber Sunday night.
And any chance we can stick it to the French, it makes it that much better.
