African Americans make up just 13 percent of the US population but when it comes to Twitter that number nearly doubles. By most estimates, African Americans make up 26 percent of Twitter users and that number continues to grow; in fact I’ve just set up “MY” Twitter account.

These social networks are putting the world at our finger tips and two young cats from Philly are capitalizing off of that in a major way. D&G is 21 years old, and Top Dollar is 20. Together they are major promoters in the City of Brotherly Love. “I can make between $30,000 and $60,000 a month” Top Dollar explained as he throw parties mainly for a crowd that’s 16 years old and younger.
