Hey everyone my name is Kayla and I’m 14 years old and I am an Obama supporter!!!!!!! Some people support Obama because he is African American and some, like myself and others support him because we truly believe he can/ will make a difference! President elect Obama held a city hall meeting at my high school (North Farmington) and I was able to attend. Well before the program went down I wrote a question wishing that I would get a chance to ask it! Not in a million years did i think that I would be standing infont of the people in my town and one of the most influential Americans of our time asking him a question. It happened!!!! And I asked him what is plan was to fund non-core subjects like spanish, music and art programs in schools where the districts cannot afford to pay those teachers!!!! Boy was I geeked!!!!!!!!!! And I got an amazing answer to my question! But to know that he cares about us as young people and that he understands that we are the future jsut lightens me up and lifts my spirits!!!!!!

He is our next President and I am so proud to be an American!!!!!!!! Thank God for Barack Obama
