Obama will be the best President of United States

We lived to see a history that so many of our ancestors fought so hard for. There are some blacks that can not appreciate it, because they don’t understand it. If only the tables were turned, and they lived in the earlier 1900s, will they realize this great accomplishment. Obama isn’t just any black president. He is an intelligent black president. I expected more white haters than blacks, but i come across more blacks than whites. When are we going to realize as a people that we need to come together to make a change. If this man wants to try to unite this country, let him have his try. Don’t throw stones at this man while you sit on your ass and complain. You do something to make a difference, or shut up. Nobody wants to hear u hate!

What Does the Inauguration Of Barack Obama Mean To Me

Words cannot adequately express how I feel about the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th president of the United States of America. It is something that I did not expect to see in my life time. To me it is vindication for a people, who have been the only people enslaved on the North America continent, a Declaration of Independent for black people who have been in servitude for more than 450 years on this continent, a turning point for black people who have been ignored and blamed for America problems, restitution for those who lay in unmark graves in rivers, bayous, fields, and forests in the Deep South. It’s a day I wish that my father, and his father’s father could have seen this inauguration. It the dream that Dr. Martin Luther King dreamed, and the vision that John F. Kennedy had that one day a black man would be president of the United States. It a promise come true for Ba rack Obama yes a change has come to America, but it would not have been possible without the effort of a majority of Americans’ whites, blacks, Jews, gentiles, Spanish, rich, poor, male, female, people from all economic backgrounds, religious denominations, races, ethical background. It’s reality of one America united under God and Country.
It means the following: the end to the civil rights movement as we knew it, the mind is stronger than the sword, and for the first time in America’s. It mean Americans will now be introduce to black culture in which most Americans have no understanding. It means America will now study Afro-American history while we have studied American history. It means God is alive and well and is on the job.
