First, let’s talk about this stripper. It’s Jenna’s birthday, we’re in Chicago, and we just went through one of the most hellacious — in terms of stress — weeks of our lives. Jenna’s birthday was a perfect excuse to get loose and unwind. I have to give the stripper his props. He was one of the most skillful “gymnast” that I have ever seen. He bent muscles on his body that I didn’t even realize men had. The probably would have gotten crazier if he didn’t come into the house looking like a lost member of the Zulu tribe. LOL.
And the drama continues for Ms. Jenna. In her defense, Jenna really took to heart the advice Dr. Ian gave her, maybe a little too hard. She took a back seat on the Yaris ad project, which made it easier for her to be distracted by Marc. Do you think Jenna made the right decision? Should her teammates have been more understanding? You tell me.
This is your favorite intern, Ms. Ivy, putting a smirk on the dirt; tell me what you thought about this week’s strip tease. LOL!

First of all, I do think that Jenna is a powerful individual, but like “Doc” said, sometimes that can turn all those wonderful qualities about her into an ugly thing. I do think that she “bullied” spencer and that was wrong. She should have never came at Spencer in the way that she did… She always wants to point the finger and say that Spencer is immature, but was he? Or was it her? Lets be serious, who still name calls? That is immature if you ask me. Jenna basically lost all focus when things boiled down to Marc and she played herself. I say this because Marc stayed on top of his game through everything and never lost his focus for on second. Jenna not only lost her focus, but she cost her team a victory with that rediculous outburst during the presentatios. She comes off selfish sometimes because why would she say that her team left her, when she was the one that said she didn’t want to go? Come on now. And to say that Marc “took” her from her man, is not true. Things between Jenna and her man were already over before her and Marc even met. I do not think that Jenna’s teammates should have been more understanding because Jenna caused everything on herself. Doc was totally correct for coming at Jenna the way he did, because someone needed to bring Jenna down from that imaginary throne she was sitting on. However, I think that Jenna should have been sent home in the cut.
The finale was wack…
i enjoyed the show but that big whinney mouth jenna dr.ian should have given her the boot.. she will never get anywhere in life until she learns how to keep that hole in her face close and learn to use her big ears more.. marc i have one word for you RUN..spencer i was so glad dr.ian saw right through jenna bull and didnt eliminate you..i had complete faith in you and oh my did you ever step up above & beyond keep your head up brother next time you encounter someone negative like jenna just know that she/he is the one that puts other people down to build themselves up.. you will go far…tati you complain way to much reroute that energy into what you are doing you will become much better..kathy i predicted you the winner way before the end of last show you are very positive and strong…i love lonni but learn your limits when its comes to drinking..kasheef take some vitamins i thought you were going to go to sleep in middle of your interviews you need more energy brother..oh and ms. ivy i hardly knew you were there i think you should be more aggresive but you seem to have a pleasant personality…
I have to think that because this is “reality television” alot of the behavior on this show is going to be way over the top.
Jenna is just an example of that. Okay we all watch the show and “root” when fights break out.The interns know this so they catching their 15 minutes.
Then the fake it til you make it “Romance-a-thon”,
another way to get the camera rolling.
I watched more than a few disagreements (The Phone Booth incident….etc.),that “blew up ” just beacause these young people are on T.V. There’s no way you can tell me they’re not playing for the cameras.
Jenna has potenial in a leadership role, but it’s fragile. Most of these young people play by schoolyard rules, either stomp or get stomped on.
When Dr. Ian told many of them to be leaders he should have said “proffesional team builder” That would have probably clarified their next plateau.
Ivy I applaud your resolve during the show.
Yet your “normal” demeener left you little camera time.

I’m not sure why BET ended the show so quickly,
but I do feel cheated.If they decide to bring it back next Season they definitely need a stronger,longer game plan.
This show did end might quick I must say. I was just thinking wow didn’t this really just start? But overall, I think some key points came out at the end of the show. Spencer when given a leadership position, stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Lonnie when not drunk can make some great things happen, despite the non-cohesion with a member of the team. Jenna gets distracted too easily, either that or she is just motivated towards the wrong thing(cute men and arguing).
Ivy_ never knew you were on the show (the invisible woman) not good in the biz world you must be more aggressive and seen. Your personality is very pleasant tho, but that accompanied with an aggressive demeanor will take you to another level.
Lonnie_ personality was boring, but got things rolling (he has potential)
Tati_ WOW… “Whomp on ya Life” how in the hell are you going to be a Beverly Hills princess but you are from the Bronx… Such a bad representation of Bronx strong minded, go get it “boogie down” attitude women. She complains way to much and offered nothing to her team. Weak ass women like that vex me to no end. Get a clue and snap into reality babes because you are far from being Paris Hilton!!!!! (I can go on for hours about this disgrace and waste of flesh but I digress)
Kasheef_very cool individual needs more to offer as far as biz world personality but with time he can be a CEO. More of a go get it attitude, he will be on the road, and that will come with more exposure. I think this was a good steeping stone for him to develop into a power hitter, (good ish Greek Cuz)
Jenna_ I am on the fence with her, she has potential, but she really needs to drop the attitude. She is sexy (her voice is sexy to me amongst other things) but that is not going to get you too far. I think with more time and guidance she will be cool. To me she is still stuck in that “on the Yard” undergraduate life, and the Spence feud is just a casualty of that mentality. Get it poppin babes don’t burn bridges, realize your potential and act accordingly.
Marc_ Cool, but he needs a lot of work. This guy being a captain on his b ball squad should have used those leadership skills a little better. I just think some are born leaders and others only aspire to be. Marc is by far no leader, and I really do not see much potential in him being one. He would make for a good manager tho, I guess… lol
Spencer_ Well what to say_ Clothes got to go. But beyond that Spence is a very intelligent, tho country, Brotha. He is a positive role model for those who do not want to be in that “prototype” of what a black man has to be (street, hood, bad grammar etc) he needs to develop tougher skin. However like I said Spence is going to go Far. Big Up ya Self!

Was I the only one laughing when Spence answered the door for the stripper and just stood there for a couple of seconds (in shock, I guess)? He then turns around and says, “uh, there’s a purple guy at the door”.
On a different note. Kathy, I love you gurl. Especially that thing you do with your eyeballs.

Two things the show was way to short and why didn’t anyone win an internship or permanent job with BET. What was the purpose besides exposure of this show? In that case no one should have gone home if there was a prize at the end! BET we got to do better!!!!
That Yoplait yogurt sitting in the refridgerator got more camera time than half of the interns.
the show was ok for what it was, I love to watch shows that are mostly African Americans, there are really so few. I love to give that support and see the different type of black people in our world and how some make it. But getting to my point I want to see that uncut version of the stripper. Go Purple Rain, take it off, Hahaha (LOL)

Im glad BET is trying to step up their game, I thought college hill was wack until this season and I (and I’m sure many other ppl)only watched the last season because of the two girls with the shoe. The other seasons were extra low budget and extra wack. I hope BET bring their shows up 2 par with shows we see on competing networks
