I absolutely love this show. I think Brooke is a beautiful, smart, confident young woman who really loves herself. Brooke spoke out at the party regarding Chris’s flirting because she is in the cautious stage of their “whatever you call it”. Women, how many times has a guy said one thing and done another? What Brooke didn’t understand is that men are naive and Chris had no clue of Kelly’s sneaky plan. I mean come on… Kelly is Ashley’s girl and before the Chris and Brooke thing she, Ashley, and friends were talking in the nail shop about his possible play out. And now Kelly is trying to flirt with him???? I respect Brianna. She is from the south and southern women are very strong vocally. She is focused on her career and social status and at the same time providing strong support to her friends. Ummmm Pierre? I am a lil confused w/ his relationship thing. I would have liked to know more about Jason’s past, family, and status.Landon- I have met many men like Landon. I do not mean to judge, but I think his idea woman is brown skinned, HBC educated, professional career, and evolved politically

Finally we get to see the HUMAN side of Briana…she cried?! All other episodes leading up to the finale she appeared like a stereotypical angry Black woman always walking around with a bad attitude a big chip on her shoulder. It just made her appear EXTREMELY unattractive and utterly embarassing. She really needs to lighten up and drop the “tell it like it is” attitude. Who wants to be around someone like that…I mean really! None of the guys seem to be feeling Briana at all and watching her on screen is getting tired. She always barking about something.

Brooke needs to seriously DROP Christian. She didn’t score him the right way and she’s being made to pay. He flaked on Ashley and hooked up with her and is bound to do the exact same thing with Brooke. What comes around goes around! As “down” as Brooke appears to be she was flat out WRONG to even fathom hooking up with Christian when he was dating Ashley. I have no idea why these women are even interested in him. He seems to having great difficulty expressing himself and he is certainly both naive (or pretends to be) and incredibly immature. He screwed Ashley, his friend Pierre and next will be Brooke. These women need to devote their time to someone worthy of it. This is one lost brotha who does not know how to properly treat a woman. He talks out of both sides of his mouth and ends up squirming and speechless when these women call him out. To top all that off he needs to get his teeth fixed. Dang!

Here’s hoping Bridget finds a man. Her voice is a little high and shrill but if you can get past that she seems like a sincere person. Bridget should not entertain dating Pierre. He’s interested in Brooke plain and simple and it shows. She would only be a rebound and will eventually get hurt. Set your sites elsewhere.

Good end to the show, glad to see Brooke soften up! Unforch, those bags were really bad. Hope the production is cuter on the real thing. That signature bag is a mess.

Brianna, you are such a pretty girl. Lose some of the make-up. You were never more gorgeous than on the night of the finale and you were with your aunt and you were obviously upset due to the pressure and you were crying. Less is more and it allowed viewers to see more of your features and your vulnerability. It’s almost as if you needlessly hide behind makeup but when you toned it down a bit is when you truly revealed yourself.

First, I’m always happy to see a decent show on BET, basically something different from the typical music videos or people just acting rowdy. I personally like Jason, Landon, Ashlie, and Kelly(shorter one) because I feel like they are trying to better themselves instead of all these unnecessary, childish drama. Brooke is only known for partying, Kanye’s ex, what else, wants to be in the spotlight all the time, and I think she has a lot of growing up to do. Briana, always has a bad attitude and negative demeanor about her, a turn off for men and women. Christian is cute, but I see him as a player, just only wants to get in Brooke’s pants, don’t see the relationship lasting at all. I don’t know specifically what to think of Pierre, but he seems like a cool dude. It looks like Brooke was trying to get people on her side against Ashlie or people she does not like, since she got Briana, Bridget, that’s just very immature. I like the fact that Kelly chose no sides, she seems like a level headed girl.

Does anyone else recall Pierre, Christian,Brooke and Briana making jokes about Ashlie’s double date, calling it high school? Yet, here are the same players thinking it’s mature to work on Christian and Brooke’s relationship as a group!! Grow up Brooke! Handle your business one on one. And Stacey, your comment about Ashlie being ugly. Oh pleeeasse! you must be related to one of the Bs because anyone can see that Ashlie is fly! Especially compared to the others. OK Brooke is cute, not as cute but Ok. But Briana and Bridgette? What? And Danielle, being strong vocally is much different from being hateful. Maybe Briana should respect that other southern quality…if you don’t have anything nice to say maybe you shouldn’t say anything at all! On a more positive note, I liked the way they ended the season. I hope it returns but enough of Brooke, Briana and Christian. I feel their story has been told. Take a bow and let us meet some of Kelli, Ashlie and Jason’s friends.

And how obvious was it that Bridget is the one who told Briana Kelly was talking about her? What other friends do Bri and Kelly have in common? And why was Bri’s voice quivering? If Kelly makes you nervous (lol – she’s so tiny) just don’t confront her. Kelly M. is easily my favorite character on the show.

Pierre is so lame! You can tell he’s still hurt that Brooke wasn’t feeling him by the way he jumped on her case about the Christian-Kelly thing.

Also, what I wrote in the post that mysteriously disappeared is that it was nice to have BET SHOW rather than TELL how driven Bri is in the scenes with her aunt.

Wow Staci. Its funny how when someone voices their opinion that they think bridgette and brianna are ugly you say that its hateration but yet you turn around and say that Ahlie is unattractive? Ok so when other people voice their opinion its hating and your opinion is just simply fact?

I was glad that Brooke and Ashlie worked out their issues in the end. There is really a lot of chemistry between them (as friends). You can tell from their body language that they really love and care for each other. In scene when they were talking at the pen *?~, brooke was almost in tears.

As for the show, I was not really feeling it that much at first. The first two episodes were kind of boring. Not because it lacked drama or fighting but because they didn’t really do anything and we were not formally introduced to the cast. However, the episodes afterwards got more interesting and I started to get a feel for who each person was.

Its interesting how people are critiquing the cast as if this is a fictional sitcom. Some of the people on the show probably had some issues or were portrayed as having some issues but at the end of the day they are still people whose characters are being attacked. In fact they are brave and thick skinned people for having their personal lives displayed on BET. Some people are suggesting things that the cast members need to do to change but at the end of the day its easier said than done. Like I mentioned before it is not a sitcom, the writers can not got back and write a different script for the character that the fans would enjoy more.

There should be a season 2 or even a spinoff with Brooke and Ashlie. I think that Brooke’s connections at MTV could be very helpful to Ashlie. Briana was interesting too. I wish I could see more into who she really is. I wish the best of luck to the entire cast . I look foward to buying a B.Marie bag.
