Episode Seven – Album Release

What is good everyone? This past Tuesday brought us another riveting episode of Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is. The show started off with Keyshia in L.A. putting the finishing touches on her third solo release, “A Different Me”. She is visited by her doctor who advises her that her tonsils will have to come out. The doc was all up in Keyshia’s mouth for that diagnosis. Ha! I wish I was the attendee that day!
Back down in Atlanta Neffe hits the promotion block to promote her book. She is on V-103 the hot station in Atlanta–so I’m told. We get to meet her new man…Soullow! Who is this dude and where did he come from? When being pressed by the radio jock about their relationship ol’ Soullow did the whole she’s a good woman routine, blah…blah…blah. That dude won’t be around long.
Neffe is asked to go the Aniz Foundation and talk to young girls who have been abused and or have been infected with HIV/AIDS. She decides to bring her oldest daughter Brianna so that she can learn. Neffe tells the girls her story and reminds them to all speak up if something bad happens to them and most importantly protect themselves. Neffe, I think has a future in being a motivation speaker. Shout-out to Neffe for instilling some change and direction into those girls lifes.
Back in L.A. Keyshia and the Ron Fair work on the last pieces of her album. They all sit around and talk about what should be the lead single or set-up song. Keyshia wants the uptempo Polow Da Don track and Ron wants to go with the Tupac featured track “Playa Cardz Right”. Ron wins! The night comes for everyone to hear the album and it is a star-studded listening party. Jamie Foxx, Monica, Kwame and Frankie are in the house! The tracks that we got a sample to hear were tight and Keyshia sounds better than ever. Frankie and Ron Fair got her dance on if that is what you want to call it. Keyshia seems happy with the album and it showed with her big smile at the end of the episode! “A Different Me” is in stores now so go out and support your girl Keyshia!

I have been watching your show since the first season. I think you are a wonderful person for being by your family side, and loving them no matter what. It is so wonderful , and amazing to see how much you love your family, and that you love them unconditionally. I grew up in a similar situation unfourtunately my mother did not get the chance to see the wonderful women I have become. I truly respect the fact that you took the time out of your busy life to bring your mother (Frankie) back in to your life as well as Neffie, and your other siblings so you all can have the opportunity to love one another. I think it is a beautiful thing, continue to love , and support your family because at the end of the day that is what really matters the most.
I have all of your CD’s and love every song on all of them. I will continue to

Hello Keyshia & Neffie I have been watching your show since day one. Keyshia I like you and you is down to earth but that Neffie is the truth. Neffie i like you because you dont mind telling nobody how you fell and what they are doing wrong. Keyshia you is a wonderful sweet person because when you came up your family came up with you, and that is what it is all about. What else I Ilke about you is that you keep it hood all the time and that wuz up. Neffie you keep it hood and real but, one thing about you, you have change since the first season you have grew up alot and you is more like Keyshia with takeing care of your family. Neffie I no you and Frankie get into alot but I know where you comeing from you just dont want to see nobody hurt her or herself.(Sometime i think it make her day when you to get into it.LoL) Neffie I cant wait to your book come out because I am going to be the first to buy it. By the way you made a good chose to keep your baby boy you have four cute little kids. Keyshia it is your turn to have babys. Neffie I knew why I like you becasue you is a Sag. it is all about that Dec. Frankie this is for you Man down and keep doing what you do going out and talking to community.

I quote” I’m not like the rest of these r&b b&%*$#@” from the moment I heard that I was like she is going to be a beast, I wish you can make some of the underground songs into a album ( hint) I wish everyone in your family the all the blessings, you all definelty have touched each household with your stories and walk of lives may god bless in your journey..
