After watching Oprah’s Show yesterday 4/19/2010 which featured her brother, I became angry at Mo, angry because she hadn’t spoken to her Mother in two and a half years. Her parents gave her life, She is blessed to have two parents who are still alive. The strength it must have taken for them to come and be humiliated on national tv! for what? anyone who has a similar story knows that the memory and pain never leaves. What type of closure will she gain? The story wasn’t even straight, A lot of inconsistencies! Was this exploited for fortune or more fame.I speak for many when I say coodles to “Our Folks” who succeed in thier own right However, to hold her “Beautiful” aging parents accountable for her brothers actions and diss her parents from the rewards of her being, is patheic and downright pitiful! Shame on you Mo’nique! You proved once again that you can judge a book by its cover. May the Lord have mercy on you! Mary
