In the season finale of “Frankie & Neffe,” Frankie sits down with the life coach and they discuss her upcoming book. According to the video, the book is titled, “Two Sides to Every Story.” However, I would have definitely called it “Man Down!” I don’t know what to expect from Frankie’s life story, but she’s definitely lived an interesting life. If you want to know more about it. Check out this exclusive clip below where Frankie explains what she wants you to get from the book.

According to BET.com sources, Neffe who spent more than 12 hours in labor yesterday, is now the proud mother of another beautiful, healthy baby girl.
Sources say Nyla Noelle Laverne Lowery was born early Friday morning. The premature bundle of joy weighed in at 5 lbs., 7 oz. and measures 17 inches long.
Yesterday, we reported that Frankie and Neffe were in the hospital room arguing over whether Neffe should have natural childbirth or a C-section. Apparently, Neffe won the battle.

Mom has a job. I’m ecstatic! It took a little bit, but you’re never too old to learn. I’m glad she’s trying to do something positive. Overall, just becoming an independent woman is a major step for her.
As far as the whole radio thing, I didn’t understand what mom’s whole issue was. It is what it is. I think she said, “If it didn’t work the first time, it ain’t gonna work again.” She called herself a hater. I don’t know if that’s a low blow, an uppercut or what. I haven’t figured it out, but that’s my mom, and I love her. I want her to be successful and do well on her job. When it comes down to it, it’s “to each his own.” That’s why I stay at my house, and she stays at hers.
Oh, the table! I needed that table. My kids were tired of eating on the floor. It was one of those moments for me. I was ecstatic that mom got the table. My kids have broken up some of the chairs by now, but it was a nice gesture and a nice way of showing her love. I like that she thought of us. I love her for it.
According to Neffe, she’s just being herself. What do you think? Are the Frankie and Neffe you see on TV the real deal? On one hand, it would probably be difficult for them to front for the cameras this long. So, maybe they’re just as they seem. On the other hand, they’re so … how do say?… distinctive. Is it all an act?

I loved the first episode. It shows Frankie and I are really trying.
I don’t know if you watched “The Way It Is.” I think it was during the second season, and I was sitting at the table with my girls. I asked them what they wanted as far as a house and their own rooms. Now, I’ve given them that. I get to see it, and they get to see it with their own eyes. I have to give God all honor, glory and praise. I wouldn’t be able to do it without Him. I hope everyone will see my growth and accomplishments.
I was more open to the life coach ‘cause everybody needs somebody to go to. We go to God in prayer, but He puts people on this earth to do their jobs for a reason. I have no problem telling people I need help. You just never know. They might know something you don’t. Now, moms don’t like nobody to tell her what to do. She has a problem with authority. She wants things to go her way. She feels like we don’t need that extra coach. She sees her as being a counselor who you lay on the couch for. I think you can always learn more. I’m a sponge. I got to soak up all the game.
