Celebrity make-up artist Sam Fine showed on the latest episode. He shared the three make-up items no woman should leave the house without. You’ll have watch to find out what those are. Also, the hosts offered advice on how to accentuate your body type.

 Also, Cookie Johnson joined the co-hosts, all outfitted in jeans from her line. Kim, Tasha and Leela – three women of with three totally different body types – all dressed to highlight their best features. Can you do the same? Watch the episode to find out.

First up was fitness guru Jeanette Jenkins, who had Tasha, Kim and Leela sweating like crazy on the “MBIB2” set. Leg lifts and crunches are more difficult to do when you’re on TV in full makeup, but this trio pulled it off gracefully.

However, I think I prefer Alesha’s weight-loss regimen. Instead of doing things the old-fashioned way, she decided to try some belly-dancing to tighten those abs, thighs and behind.

Personally, when the weather permits, I try to go for a run or walk to stay in shape. But, the experts on “MBIB” have shown me that it doesn’t have to be sunny outside for me to get a good workout. I can dance my belly or lift my leg in the house anytime. If it works for our “MBIB” hosts and experts, hopefully, it will work for me!
