Who will you vote for? Both contestants are worthy, both are talented, anointed and great performers; but only one can win.
There are good arguments for both. I’m going to make your decision a little harder.
Why Le’Andria Should Win Le’Andria’s story is something books of the Bible (or Lifetime movies) are made of. She lost her home. She carried her three children on her hip with nowhere to go. A friend suggested she audition for “Sunday Best,” and lo and behold, she may just win the thing.
Why should she win? Her testimony wouldn’t be complete without a huge victory in the end. It’s like the story of Job. It wouldn’t be a great story if he wasn’t restored and then some. So, for this thing to play out like something from the Old Testament, vote for Le’Andria.
Why Goldwire Should Win
Goldwire shows us what a lifetime of loving the Lord looks like. He’s 79 years old, and has decades of wisdom to share through song.
Why should he win? What a testimony it would be for him to be the first “Sunday Best” senior citizen champion. His story would prove to everyone that it’s never too late to fulfill your life’s destiny. Whether you’re 7-plus-9 or 79, don’t be afraid to take that unlikely leap of faith. That’s encouraging for saints of all ages.

If you’re a fan of reality show singing competitions, then it’s possible that you saw a crossover contestant on last night’s “American Idol” audition show.
Jermaine Sellers, who impressed judges in the first season of “Sunday Best,” worked his magic on another network, proving just how talented he really is.
The self-professed “church singer” did not disappoint. He received a unanimous vote to move forward to the next round. Simon, Randy Jackson, Kara DioGuardi and guest judge Mary J. Blige were all blown away by the smooth, jazzy stylings of Jermaine.
Of course, that’s nothing new to those of us who watched him charm BeBe, Mary Mary and Kirk on “Sunday Best” season one. If you were worried, rest assured that Jermaine has still got it.
Will Jermaine make it to the finals of “American Idol”? Here’s hoping.
You knew it was only a matter of time before TV’s biggest gospel series returned. The time is now. Sunday Bestseason three kicks off with auditions in Nigeria! That’s right. Sunday Best has gone global.
Information on U.S. auditions is coming soon, but BET decided to start this season where it all started … Afrika.
I think it will be nice to give the show some international flavor. We don’t get to see much from our sisters and brothers to the East. We know Americans aren’t the only ones who can blow. So, let’s cast a wider net and make it interesting.
Nigeria auditions will be held on Dec. 6. Click here for moreand watch the short video promotion above.
