Listen Up!: Coko

Sup folks! It’s that time again. Not only is it FINALLY looking like summer (at least here in NYC), but a bunch of hot new CD’s are coming out in the next few weeks and first up is one of my favorites in music (not just gospel), COKO!
Coko’s new CD, “The Winner In Me” is now in stores and I’m going to go on record and say I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it as much as I do. Coko’s first gospel CD “Grateful” is tight, but this one takes it to a whole new level for me. But because I dig you guys so much, I’m not going to do a long and drawn out review. I rather let you listen to the WHOLE THING and decide for yourself. And after you listen to it, click on that iTunes link and buy the thing, because I’m gonna have to eventually pull the link down and you can’t add it to your collection by just listening online.

I loved “May Be the Last Time”. After listening to snippets of some of the songs, I figured I would show my support of Coko’s ministry by picking up some copies of Grateful, but “Renew My Mind” changed my mind. I’ll get a copy soon!
Finished the cd….man I love it now.
