Fortunate for Soulja Boy, the lil homey was in the playback tent patiently waiting for his time onstage, so I could only observe so much. But since me and his manager, Money Mike are pretty cool, I decided to hit up the big fella to see if S.Beezy would be down for a quick FlipCam interview.

It wouldn’t be Spring Bling without a “Top 10″While at Spring Bling this past weekend, I observerd a number of things that tickled me purple. From hair do’s and side conversations to executive chitter chatter and Christina Milian DEMOLISIHING a set of crab legs while she walked around backstage, I saw and heard it all.

And if you were following me on Twitter (Twitter.com/LowKeyUHTN), I’m sure you caught wind of all my reactions to the aforementioned topics.

However, a couple items found their way past me. But thanks to the great eye of my photogrpaher, who captured a little over 5,000 photos, I was able to rifle though her enitre catalogue and really get down to business.

As always, my commentary is meant to be cause no harm, more so, awareness to some of the absurd ish that goes down this time of year. Remember- IT’S ALL JOKES!

8.) No lie, this kid was in every production tent, media tent and backstage restricted area. An yet, he STILL looked confused every time I saw him.

7.) Here’s how a backstage conversation between Mike Epps and a BET stage producer unfolded. Producer: Hey Mike, can you give us a mic check. Mike Epps: Breaker breaker 1-9, this is Mike Epps ready to fu*k some sh*t up.

6.) That’s right Soulja Boy, you need to hang your head in shame for wearing that outfit. I don’t know if you were going for the snug look, but it’s STILL baggy lol!

5.) A life sized mint rapping onstage to Rick Ross’ “Magnificent”.

4.) Willie taking a picture with the “I can make Q cry on command. Matter fact he’s in the tent behind me wiping his tears right now” smirk.

3.) The GS Boyz are really cool, but I caught myself attempting to burn that shirt and that was definitely worth a HUGE chuckle.

It just wouldn’t be Spring Bling without these type of moments! Just so you know, I’m definitely not into poking fun at people, but some things need to be addressed as a point of reference in regards to things that shouldn’t happen during events like this. Now of course, if you’re comfortable in your own skin, then being caught on the “Look What I Saw” camera really shouldn’t matter.

However, if you stepped out the house KNOWING it could be a bad look for you if the wrong person captured the questionable attire, hair do or anything else absurd you were covered in then…..YOU BROUGHT IT ON YOURSELF. Ace Hood is BACK! Florida’s #1 Rookie of the Year, Ace Hood, slid through Spring Bling this weekend to judge one of the many contests (don’t ask me which one). Since I hadn’t spoken to him in a good minute, I figured a quick 2 minute interview wouldn’t hurt since both of us were pretty much unoccupied backstage at the moment. We didn’t get to deep in our conversation, just covered the basics; career, life, Spring Bling.

Towards the latter part of the discussion, he did reveal he was planning on releasing his sophomore project later this year entitled, Ruthless. Though he didn’t have a release date attached to the project, he did mention several minor details about the first single. Well, he only told me it was produced by The Runners, lol.

Anyway, since this is Spring Bling POV Blog Week, I thought it would be cool to bring the BET You Haven’t Heard This Franchise over to this part of town, you know, the Spring Bling edition. ENJOY!

Tonight, I’m going to keep it lite with just a simple intro in regards to what’s about to take place around these parts for the next 5-6 days. With over 2,000 pictures in the stash and a flurry of artist interviews, I think I have enough content to last until next year’s Spring Bling.
